Information on the processing of personal data
pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679
Dear Applicant,
In accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 “on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” (hereinafter, the Regulation), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data we will perform in considering your curriculum vitae.

C. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Your data will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner, making sure that it is correct and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary with respect to the following purposes:
- Receipt, processing and assessment of a spontaneous candidacy.
D. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The legal basis for processing is taking steps prior to entering into a contract, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation and Art. 111-bis of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (as amended by Legislative Decree no. 101/2018), and also consent in the case of certain data.
E. AREA OF CIRCULATION
The data collected will not be communicated or disclosed, other than on specific request of a judicial authority. The data contained in your curriculum vitae could be communicated to companies in the Frittelli Maritime S.p.A. Group.
F. DURATION OF PROCESSING
If interested in doing so, the Controller will store and process the data in your curriculum vitae for the time required to fulfil the aims referred to above and, in any case, for no more than 24 months from receiving it; conversely, if your curriculum vitae does not meet the selection parameters set by the Controller, your personal details will be erased.
G. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
- You have the right to ask the Controller for access to your personal data (Art. 15), to its rectification (Art. 16) or deletion (Art. 17), to restriction of its processing (Art. 18) or to object to processing (Art. 21), as well as the right to data portability (Art. 20).
- We also inform you that you can exercise the rights indicated in the previous paragraph by sending a specific form to the Controller (downloadable from the website of the Data Protection Supervisory Authority https://www.garanteprivacy.it/home/modulistica-e-servizi-online), duly filled out, using the following methods:
